• Services have not been delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior communication.
• Delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope without client approval.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for services not yet commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Services that have been substantially completed and delivered.
• Custom consulting work that has been tailored to specific client requirements.
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.

4. How to Request a Refund

NexialBridge provides business consulting services including but not limited to operational audits, strategic roadmapping, process automation, financial modeling, digital transformation, market intelligence, risk assessment, and growth acceleration.

All services are provided on a fixed-price basis as outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

• Treat all confidential information shared during the engagement with appropriate discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and work products created specifically for the client become the property of the client. NexialBridge retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexialBridge's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of España. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santander, España.
